Outreach, Transition and Economic Development (OTED) is hosting this EDI in partnership with the Montgomery Regional Office. Registration is free of charge. Join us to connect with your benefits, find a job (post-separation from military), get career training and check on your VA claims status. This event features a Benefits Fair, Hiring Fair, Presentations, Spouse and Caregiver Clinic, PACT Act and Claims Clinic and much more.
Learn how to maximize the use of your earned VA benefits and services. Attend a career development workshop, find a job, listen to presentations and connect with a claims processor. Presentations will cover topics such as VA benefits, health care, mental health and wellness, and career planning and guidance. Additionally, this EDI will offer claims assistance to help Veterans file claims or check on current claim status.

Transition Assistance Program workshops are conducted by the Department of Labor (DOL) Veterans’ Employment and Training Service (VETS) to help you plan and prepare for your job search in pursuit of your employment goals. These sessions will highlight self-marketing techniques, networking and interviewing skills.

Connect with a claims representative to learn more about claims related to the PACT Act, check claim status or receive insight into next steps in filing a VA claim for service-connected conditions.
