Claims Clinic Appointments

Receive personalized support from a qualified claims specialist. Appointments are on a first come, first serve basis. During your appointment you can learn more about the claims process and PACT Act benefit options get details on eligibility or find out information on the status of your existing claim. Please have your award letter, appeal and/or any other supporting documentation available during your appointment.

The Claims Clinic for the Memphis Veterans Economic Initiative Summit is currently full. To schedule an appointment, you may email PCTC.VBANAS@VA.GOV or call 615-695-6122. A Nashville, VA, Regional Office representative will assist you. For those with an existing appointment, please have your award letter, appeal and/or any other supporting documentation available.

Location and Parking Information

The event will be held in the Student Center. Parking is available in the Palmer Surface Lot near Shapero Hall and the Faculty/Administration Building. Parking is free for the first 250 attendees each day and $9 flat rate per vehicle thereafter. Payment may be made by credit card or debit card.
